The past month was really really rough, I had some stressful financial things going on and combining that with the withdrawal of trying to quit this addiction I was feeling super stressed all the time. Been seeking a lot of help from different sources, which has helped, and I feel in this past week I am finally starting to get my feet under me. How bout you?

Pretty good, still dealing with a lot of urges, but every time I relapse I try to add another tool to help, lately I am doing 25 push-ups every time I get an urge to watch videos or masturbate...so yeah I am doing a lot of push ups
