Don't worry pal you ain't alone. I've seen days so dark that I didn't even wanna get out of bed. I was jerking off thrice or four times a day. I hated myself and was so sick of it. And the more I felt guilty the more it seems to have tighten it's grip. So let go of all the guilt now. Just forget about it. Start fresh start new.

Hey Sammy I see you've been struggling to get the streak going. One thing that worked for me is to start small. Let's take 3 days as a target for now. Whenever you've a nofap day make a circle on a calender or some place. Then repeat it for the next day and so on. And keep connecting them. It'll make a chain of sort and help you to keep your streak. For now let's aim for 3 days.
