  It has been good. I am in holidays am free all day, But I am ignoring it for a while. from monday I am starting my job. Yes I am falling into pit of watching pics here and there but I dont think it is big issue.

  Excellent attitude... coz only you know/feel how much progress you have made and are making and whether you are in fact still far from a relapse. You seem to have good self-control and good distraction techniques -- all very useful! Success on the new jay oh bee!

  you can always update the date on the counter. i have done it twice to "demote" myself and delete days; you can do the opposite if you like.

last two days i had high urges, today i am bit better. infact right now i am feeling super awesome. But i know urges will come soon.
