Well, I made it 39 days. Tomorrow is day 1 again. I don't feel bad. I wonder what awaits me.

I blame facebook for last night. I got a friend suggestion for this really hot girl and I couldn't stop looking at her pics.

Probe the thoughts in the future... Ask what and why the thought is there. Maybe you can identify and dismiss it, when you rationalize you are about to break your progress. Then if that isn't helping, then maybe you can realize this, you have the option to do or not do. One path is the reset way, the other is the right way. Reflect on where you want to be, and then flee the temptation.

That was my first reset in a while. I just made it do day 22 as well. That's the farthest I've been so far. At least I have made progress.
