I have been addicted to porn for as long as I can remember and when I got saved 6 years ago have tried repeatedly to give up. I have been able to go as much as a week or two but when I fall it feels like I have to start again. The one thing I keep trying is a phrase that one of my pastors said to me once and that is "What do you think about when your not thinking of anything in particular?" It's a hard thing to do but it's a phrase that sticks in my mind when I'm trying to quit and thinking continually on Christ and his resurrection is Biblical
