@vulture175 I kindof remember a bit of the orgasm, but really didn't had a chance to react at all whatsoever. It just happened semi-consciously when I seemed to have little to no control over my body.

@vulture175 Yep, like it just happened. Without fighting with the urges part, cause the urges weren't rly there at all. I could feel my hand moving downwards but still, I wasn't conscious enough such that anything was out of control.

Had a rough day, then relapsed lustfully. Damn, abstaining for 14 days is way more difficult than I thought it'd be... Considering the life circumstances I'm having right now.

Never mine bro although it's very hard to digest that u have relapsed after 14 days . Give urself a second chance&start from a new point and be aware with chasers.

Abstaining from PMO will help with social anxiety based problems, but the best solution is as always a mix of things. For example, NoPMO, exercise, meditation, if problems are extreme, CBT from certified therapists is best.
