The only risk here is making unrealistic goals which you cannot accomplish in a day. Maybe you can start off with 3 items on your list and make it grow as the weeks go by. I myself am experimenting with this tactic. I am finding it very useful.
I suggest that you get a journal where you set up you goals for the day and check them off as you. I have started doing that and I find myself feeling extremely happy when I meet all of my goals. It can rejuvenate you and help you gain your confidence.

I know this is probably going to be very hard but think about how rewarding it will be once you get over your addiction. Carrying all this burden with you is not good and will only cause further damage. Once you feel that you can talk to someone you know, go talk to them right away before you loose your drive.
I think that it would benefit you to talk to someone in your family or a close friend. NoFap really helps but sometimes, you need someone who is really close to you to keep on motivating you and push you.

I agree with Newgirl. Never lose hope! Every time you fall quickly get yourself back up. The longer you stay down, the less motivated you will become. As you make progress once again, think about structuring your day so that you don't fall into the same cycle again. I have found that going to bed late and eating too much food increases your chances of getting the urges.
