Good job! Although this may seem like a small achievement, your willpower is increasing day by day. Try to plan out the next few days (especially in the weekends) what you are going to do to stay busy. Me for example I planned to do some community service on this upcoming Saturday night. Perhaps doing something similar will benefit you. Keep strong!

The only risk here is making unrealistic goals which you cannot accomplish in a day. Maybe you can start off with 3 items on your list and make it grow as the weeks go by. I myself am experimenting with this tactic. I am finding it very useful.
I suggest that you get a journal where you set up you goals for the day and check them off as you. I have started doing that and I find myself feeling extremely happy when I meet all of my goals. It can rejuvenate you and help you gain your confidence.
