    You won't see it if you expect for it everyday.
    I'm currently on day 54. Looking the way back to the beginning, I could see the improvement. The whole process my friend, the whole process!

Hi Im a college student and im trying to quit pmo. I have been addicted to it for 7 years. And considering my last 7 years I can say that significant portion of my life is wasted with these bad habits. so i started this journey in 19.03.2017 I hope I wiil not relapse
