Your gut feeling is under control of lust. Until you break free of lust you will not see clearly. You will only have scatered and as you say distorted view. I know both of these states of beings, being slave of lust and being free from it. You will be almost completely new man when youl be freed from it. Well at least that was my experience.

So just continue to push towards freedom through abstaining for now. Its like being in the tunnel not knowing what awaits you further but you have to move on because you know there is no way back and not moving is dangerous too. It can be pretty scary to be in this situation but you have to push forward. So do I.

I learned to accept that you cant try to change people, rather you just accept them for who they are. You cant change everything you mind wants you to. The only thing you can landscape is your internal garden

You were strong enough to not answer to your urges. I’m battling urges as we speak. I don’t know where the strength is coming from but it’s there. It’s in my reserve I guess. You got strength left in your tank as well

Write down the exact things you need them to know, and say it in as little words as possible. If they would like to know more, they’ll ask questions.

If you want them to be accountability or something, be sure to ask for that. If you want them to know solely because they’re close to you and you hate hiding it, let them know that. It’s good to tell them why you’re told them.
