Thank you, Im still experiencing urges but each time I win with them I feel better. Every day im getting better and Im learning something new about myself.
Live is really different for me now, but like you said its easier to lose focus. But im not coming back to 'this' ever again. I can promise you that :)

Omg I just found out its my day 90!!!
And guess what? Last night I had the strongest urge since the beggining. Woke up around 5am and found it really hard to control myslef. But I did it. There is really something about this 90days. I will create new thred about my journey tommorow. Stay strong,I promise you that its the best and biggest change that you can make in your life.

Last days have been little more tough. Nothing big, just some occasional urges and less energy. But I can feel something coming, its like im updating myself each time I feel down.
