I've been on porn for about five years now. I've had moments when I would try to quit my longest was 51 days of semen retention but since then haven't come close to that again. So I'm hoping joining NoFap will help. I feel porn hinders my spiritual life (I'm a Christian), it makes me feel sluggish and it's made me look at women like objects; I need this to change.
