    I felt like i had known the guy at Samaritans for years and i spoke about what happened and it felt like he had been there. He was able to flip the situation around so i could see it differently and put me at ease. Honestly i would seriously think about calling them at anytime when the pull to PMO gets stronger. They're very kind and understanding.

    An exercise you likely already know...try holding your breath if the urge gets really bad. Press all the air out of your lungs. Do it as long as you can. Sometimes that helps me curb the immediate need to pmo.
