That seems to happen to me every week. It sucks, but you'll feel as bad as you do in the dream if you relapse irl

Thanks for the reminder. Although the dream sucks, it actually feels pretty awesome when you wake up from it! I realize I'm still in control of myself and accomplishing my goals. Reality is better than my dreams, now. Don't worry, I won't relapse irl. NO way o_o

Yeah, I get those dreams at times.

It's no doubt a transitional phase. Your brain is regaining it's balance. You're still going to be in mood swings for awhile. They aren't all bad, many are very good and some are just...weird. This is a good sign of progress!

I've been around people that make me feel bad, and I knew very clearly why.
How is your NoFap going?

I had to learn to remove myself from toxic relationships and friendships , it may not be easy at first but its definitely worth it. P.s good job on reaching that goal sister!

Not that I remember, but I certainly have been around people who were able to make me feel good when I wasn't sure why.

NO, haha I wish I was. Maybe one day I'll take some classes.

@WhatDoYouWantForLife I can tell my pain tolerance went up because I used to be unable to bear the pain of waxing my underarms...well I just waxed them last night and found it easy to tolerate. Just one of the awesome things that nofap does.

I hope you get someone "patient" to assist you.

We all have moments like that. Just don't forget that you're loved, and we're all rooting for you.

@vulture175 Yeah you're right, it sucks to not be able to cry, when you're too numb or disconnected to cleanse any pain.

Sometimes I really want to cry after a relapse. Like why do I want to stop so badly but am still stupid enough to relapse later?
