Day 81 of no PMO
On day 43 of no PMO. Slowly starting to get back into the healthy lifestyle. Feels good
On day 6 of no PMO. Ever since i slipped up on day 151. I've been struggling to get back on track. Working hard to get back on trackDHey, you replied to a thread I made back in May on a deleted account. I deleted after posting, it was about misusing social media. Anyway, I stumbled on it by accident going through the forum archives and wanted to say thanks for your insight. Very constructive. I hope things are working out for you!
Day 133. Urges strong, because I'm beating myself up over making dumb decisions. Attending drop in calls has been helpful
Day 96 of no PMO. Got today triggered by a photo online. Was searching but luckily snapped out of it and did not see anything inappropriate
Day 86 of no PMO. Was distracted the last few days: relationship problems, rudeness from strangers, worried about work, etc. Focused today!
Day 83 of no PMO. Thoughts and emotions are all over the place. Getting better after self care routine and accountability group meeting
Day 76 no PMO. Still battling urges on occasion. Sleep, self care, and good habits helping so far.
