Day 1 of SR done.I feel much better already.So many are relapsing time after time...I think it's all in connection with immoral behavior.

You've got to have an energy to appreciate it not the number of days that's why its important to be honest.

Didn't have any PMO or sex dream but I know I lost my power while sleeping.I'll reset my counter to Day 0.

..and see them as mothers,sisters,daughters and complex human beings with different needs and interests .

10 days of SR done,I think for the whole duration of the SR you have to forget about women as the objects of possible love and sex...

9 days of SR done.Nice!There is a big difference in the way you feel depending on the time you go to bed and how many hours you have slept.

So far so good.It's step by step journey not a quantum leap,so I'm happy with every step I take towards 180SR.

I think its important to have a simple life with absolute minimum of stressful situations,and if it gets out of hand-cope wi in healthy way

I mean the kind of eye-attention attraction as if you walk past the beautiful view or picture,but here I realize -even a wet wood can burn..

I'm up to 180 days of semen retention,so far the biggest challenge is to give up on beautiful(in shape) women when you are out of your house
