I don't see a point of avoiding the triggers as life is full of them. A woman walking in front of you, magazines, tv etc. At some point we are going to have to face them and be able to kill the thought, don't feed it as this will surly leed to relapse.

I would recommend on starting your own personal journal and update it as you go. This way you can track your progress and hold yourself accountable for your goals
I know that Life can be a bitch sometimes but we need to be stronger! Everyone at some point in our lives was feeling down and each times this happen we've got a choice between falling deeper or pushing ourselves forward.
So keep fighting and maybe you'll have a chance to get the girl back or...
