I tell myself that I am not who I will be in the near future: what can I do to make that person happy? I am feeling urges but staying strong
Urges getting stronger. Seeking distraction, must keep moving!
Having a productive day. Starting to see what people mean by transmutation. I feel my tension starting to push me through workouts.
Start of day three. Had provocative dream last night.. I have found that getting out of bed fast helps, on my way to a great day 3!
As evening starts on day 2, I feel pretty good. No major urges yet, still reminding myself of my survival strategies.
Feeling pretty good about first day in the bag. I am starting to feel some urges in earnest, which has happened before. I will redirect!
Soon to close the first night on this site. I know I will try all my might to keep this hopeful feeling I have about the future.
