  One day is not a start for me. From my point of view the first day or day one represents the starting line itself. You will have to cross that line, to start. And then take a step a day.
  
  Think about what would you need to get to day 2 or 3. Prepare yourself. And then make a conscious decision to go and do what it takes

    After reading through your status updates, I want to say that I was in a similar situation. Bro you are 15, and you CANNOT quit this now... unless you really have a reason to quit. Not for chasing girls but a genuine specific reason. Set a goal like bodybuilding, or being a pro in your game being popular in school for a good reason. All the best bro!

    Be careful of a binge after a long streak, in my personal experience I used to reach a long streak and then binge which resulted in harder urges to fight, it made me stick to relapsing cycle for a long time. Just do fix the reasons that lead you to relapse and read materials about nofap and rebooting which will help you to be vigilant.
