        Wanted to switch because I thought relative strength might be better than absolute strength for martial arts. But tbh I’m doing great fitness wise. I think from now on I’ll do some martial arts work, followed by a weight training routine. It’s okay if I have to lower number of sets.

        Think with the purpose of actually reaching a conclusion. Don’t think “what am I gonna do today” and outline what you will be doing every hour within the day. Instead make a list of the things you need to so today, and how many hours they should each take. Then ask, “what is my next best move?”

        For the remainder of the day whenever you finish a task or don’t know what to do ask yourself “what is my next best move?” Sometimes it means getting ready to head out to school, sometimes it means taking a few minute break to jam out to your favorite music, sometimes it means to begin that assignment you despise.

        Bottom line: Once you have your answer, act on it.

    A Thought On Dating Apps.
