    Keep counting days. I would still journal, but keep counting days. I relapsed after 6 months because I stopped counting days. Counting days is a trick to keep us mindful and on guard against the “demons”.

    You too! It gives me immense power from the inside to connect with someone else to beat this addiction together. Whenever any desire to turn back to this addiction will creep in, I will remember a promise I made to a stranger.
