    Thank you, John McClean. I definitely need it. Reading your journal and the journal of Protagoras has been encouraging and I have been gaining much knowledge from you two. Today I decided that I am going to start a journal myself so that I can critically think through my day and how my urges come about, as well as sharing my struggles too.
