The trick to getting through 90 days is making sure you swap bad habits for new ones.

I've done this before so I can do it again!

7th September + 90 days = 6th December.

When you think about it, 90 days is only 12 weeks. and 12 weeks really isn't that long is it!

Well here we are again, a couple of months ago I finished the 90 days and saw results. My PIED had disappeared by 70%.

Lol, some people on here are so sensitive. Its a sad situation we've found ourselves in, but if we can't laugh at it what's the point.
