  From my experience worst triggers for PMO are when i don't sleep whole night and when i get drunk, in these cases i failed 90% times.

    For me, too. I find that when I don't sleep well or skimp on sleep that this increases my stress and it becomes a trigger. Sleep is so important in feeling balanced.
