Yeah man, it's been a minute! Doing fairly well, but it's been a wild year, for many of us! A few slip ups here and there, but I'm happy and healthy, and keeping up the good fight.

I also spend a lot of time... Thinking about what could have been... But it never helped me... Now when I catch myself thinking like this... I go and write a page in my notebook about anything I have in mind and then I burn it up and by this way I convince myself that this negativity is gone forever... I also try to study more and more whenever I am alone...

I know that studies is the only way to improve my situation and if I don't change my present situation... The things I have done wrong will not be corrected in the future as well... And therefore the best remedy for regret is doing something positive and making it a habit to be productive and reflect upon past in a positive manner!
