    Just got a very real dream today where I've been in some kind of war and a buddy of mine couldn't handle it anymore and just stroked himself to death. After waking up I rlly though "let's never ever waste any time anymore"

    thanks man, I am still as stupid as before :D on my last streak, I`ve bought a kindle and after a 14 day streak, I got the stupid idea : "I`ve never read some porn literature, I feel comfortable and wanna check out if this is actually any good..."

    waking up at 04:30, then 15 minute meditation, then 5-10 minutes of lifting weights or indoor rowing just for warming up and getting awaken. Then I make some tea, a mixture of black and green tea and I use a lot of ingwer as well. Then I do 30-40 minutes of an emotion exercise. After that I am on fire and start producing music at 6:00 and the day starts before most people woke up.
