24 days with out PM count down is starting to my initial goal!!

23 days with out PM! 2 days until my initial goal of 25 days. It’s been a rough ride but totally worth every second. Stay vigilant.

Panic attacks are really starting to mess with me. It seems like the brain fog and depersonalization are getting worse..

Day 21 and the past week has been the toughest week of my life. Still staying hopeful that all these crappy feelings will pass

Had to call out of work the anxiety and migraine took the wind out of my sails today

Day 20. Urges got quite strong but I won’t give up. Flatline symptoms are slowly getting more manageable.

Day 19. Headaches and flatline symptoms are hindering my day. Anxiety is at an all time high.

Getting more involved in this community has made me feel less alone. Hopefully we’ll all get through these rough times together.

Starting to think there may be a connection between PMO and my anxiety/depersonalization. Thoughts?
