    I was interested in the idea behind the photo. And you couldn't have given a better answer. And I can relate: When I feel bad because I'm tired I try to remember the feeling of peaceful cosy nights in which I experience the feeling of tiredness as positive. And then I feel good because I'm tired :)

    Yeah, people should give themselves positive self-talk. Especially when we are suffering from angst.
