    I am a Chinese college student. I want to get rid of the bad habit---fap which is called "lu guan"(撸管) by Chinese young people.
    I have a 5-year history of fap. It brings many pains to me
    Actually, I have tried sooooooo many times but while failed eventually.
    As you know, it is hard to get it off thoroughly. Now I try to be a vegetarian and it works.I decreased the times.
    By accident , I find NoFap and join it. I want to change :):):)!
