I recognize that from my porn addiction for over 10 years and trying to quitting over 5 years, addiction itself can mess your life. Porn can completely desensitize you and regaining the life's control can require time. I know that clearly enough quitting porn and even quitting masturbation is sex and life-positive approach. If you are a human being, you can control again, you can take your dynamics and soul again.
