Yeah, I remember I was in school about 14 when I was introduced to it. Some of my girl friends in particular were talking about what they watched and how they needed more intense material each time they watched it so their 'session' would feel good. I got curious and wanted to understand the feeling.

Well, I think at one point when I reached about 6 months, I relapsed then had ups and downs. I felt I needed a bit of space from here and carried on with life. I had many ups and downs in general and with PMO sometimes reaching months then back at it. I really just wanna stop PMO once and for all. Seeing you on here inspires me and makes me feel that it's achievable because we started together didn't we!

Haha yeah, real funny *straight face*! I think you're right, I slipped up once on that day and binged like crazy but not again after. Normally, I would've watched it a few more times by now but I haven't. You're only 8 days or so older than me in this game so I'm not too worried :D

That's really true and some thing become so habitual that you do them without even realising.

I relapsed with P. So that helped soften the blow prior to bouncing back. Progress all the same. How are you doing?

I'm doing well. Yeah, I still get urges sometimes but the thought of going back to PMO is just not an option for me. Literally, I'm even weary of newspapers lol. I just don't want to build up a tolerance for it.

I'm quite shocked that it even happened to be honest and at first I was feeling quite guilty but it wasn't intentional at all. Lesson learnt always be weary because of it was a vulnerable moment, who knows? I may well have relapsed.

Thanks, I always appreciate encouragement. Do you know what? I didn't give in. I made a decision not to watch porn but the urges were so intense so I made myself busy and physically moved from any position that would facilitate porn use. In the end the urge died down and I'm feeling good!

Good. Being busy and pro-active is key to tackling the issue.

Yes, I am! I've been hit with urges like crazy today but I'm keeping myself busy and my mind pure.
