Day 0. I put severe penalties for relapses in NoFap. If I relapse, my body and mind will suffer for it.

Day 1. Writing in a diary and studying English, I'm so close to become fluent.

Day 0, lately I had been busy working and improving myself, I reached 4 days twice in a month.

Day 0, back after another cycle of relapses.

I reached 4 days before relapsing at 03:00... That's progress for someone that was blocked in 0 - 3 days.

2 days now of NoFap, I'll not waste the opportunity.

Good job getting back on your goals. You can do this. I hope you can feel a renewed peace, sticking to your commitments to quit.

On 03/09 I relapsed at the end of the day, so I put the counter on 00:00 of 03/10. Basically it's day 1. High of productivity, good night.

Instead of relapsing I decided to come to NoFap and see some self-improvement content.

A cycle again, this is such a destroying and addictive addiction that cut sugar out of my life is easier.

Relapse in the morning: Reason: lack of sleep. I didn't sleep, I understand that this is my fault and will not happen again.

I'm part of a community of translators now, this will help improve my English even more.
