As I embark on my endeavor to master traditional Chinese Kung Fu, I must also embark on a journey to master myself. And thus, my emotions and my lesser half must be controlled and bound forever more, lest I gravitate away from my goals.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed that sexual misconduct can lead to many problems. Not only physical problems, but mental and even spiritual as well. And at a time in my life when I was dwelling on these facts, I came across a video on YouTube entitled: "Your Brain on Porn," with Gary Wilson. His approach convinced me to take my desire to stop to the next level. And from there I remembered the old Reddit community 'NoFap' and thus I found this website.

In Buddhist and Taoist Kung Fu, the practitioner must learn to harness the primary energies that comprise us and everything around us. To do this, it is imperative that males not ejaculate for 100 days, and for women they must control their menstrual cycles to harness the physical energy. (jing 精) This is why a lot of priests and monks in China practice celibacy and can do so without harm to their psyche. Because they have learned the secrets of the body's internal energy flow and can thus transmute the energies (That drive a lot of us crazy) and live a longer more productive life.

That is why I vow to do 100 days of PMO; to be with my spiritual brothers and sisters on the path of Kung Fu Mastery and enlightenment. Amitoufo! _/\_
