Day 11 without masturbation (goal is 4 x or less in 2025) Day 1 without edging. I’ll never reach the first goal if I keep slipping with edging. Just for today I will try to keep my hands off.

Day 10 without porn, masturbation or orgasm. Actually it’s almost 4 years free from porn. Day 10 without edging. Yesterday was a real struggle fighting the urge to touch myself.

Ready for this year to be over and to start anew. My goal is to masturbate four times or less in 2025 (my record low is 5x in 2019).
Had sex last night. Blue balls relieved. Day 1 without edging. Day 10 without MO. I really can’t wait for 2025 to start so that I can work on my goals of not masturbating.
