    Not sure, but it definitely feels better. Hitting 90 doesn't mean that I can PMO. Hitting 100 means that I've kept going. From the few times that I've hit triple digits, I really started to feel better after 100. I'm still having urges at 90.

    that makes sense I guess, it isn’t like some magic switch flips once you hit 90. I understand the wanting to reward yourself aspect but we just have to keep going. May you have much further success :)
