        The "benefits" of long term semen retention are something that I don't experience anymore. It's a compromise, I guess. It's important to have sex with my partner. We tried karezza (orgasm free sex) but she threatened to end it with me if I wouldn't orgasm with her. It feels good to have sex on a regular basis. But the orgasms leave me wanting more orgasms and the temptations to masturbate are very tricky.

        i feel like benefits peak around day 30. from there it's about continued abstinence from porn and continued benefits. i feel like we get accustomed to the benefits and think they went away, but the truth is we just have a higher baseline of expectations for ourselves.

        I struggle A LOT with masturbation. Not completing it, also called MO (masturbation to orgasm), is helpful in maintaining healthy intimacy with my partner, better energy levels and its helped me to achieve nearly 3 1/2 years without porn. :)
        The edging is still a struggle. It needs to improve. Especially as it can be very compulsive for me.
