    I appreciate the encouragement, but I actually relapsed right before making it to the one week mark. I've been discouraged and going through a lot lately, but I've decided that I'm tired of waiting for self-improvement. I'm doing my best to get my life back on track and I'm hoping this community will continue to be a helpful resource.

    Bro I had the same trouble yesterday. It was like every 30 seconds I got an urge. I wrote a long journal post about why i wanted to masterbate and that really detered me from doing it. I also wrote out a to do list and kept myself busy. Today was a whole different story. So just stick to it and tomorrow will be easier.
