The man who lost love

I'm a 26 years old man from Iran. actually don't know how to start to express my thoughts. I have been a PM addict since I was 15( almost 11 years). Know I'm trying to cure this problem. Just by chance, I came across a video in YouTube while i was desperately looking for some sources to help me about my problem with porn, and in that video, the lecturer mentioned this community. so with on hesitation I joined here to share my thoughts and feelings with people whom i wholeheartedly believe that are suffering the same sort of problems like me. I think we are in the same bout which I believe will lead us to happiness and peace.
