26 year old, been addicted to masturbating and sex since I was in my pre-teens. I had a pretty "highly charged" sex life growing up, and I have never really come to terms with all the baggage that comes with. I have a loving wife but my sexual addiction has caused plenty of pain and suffering over my life (no cheating though so I guess little victories?) and I just want to try and change that. I've spent hours masturbating, had plenty of double digit days, have sexual thoughts constantly and about many others who are not my wife (the latter being the one that bothers me by far the most) and honestly I just want to regain control over myself. Hopefully I can achieve that.
