Good idea! IMO, it also helps greatly, though, for _us_ to reorient our lives to a healthy place, rather than merely relying on the "brain" to create a new way of being for us. Good luck!

yeh thank you.I start to think lifestyle is important too. Im considering doing some sports. I always want to play basketball but afraid that I am too old to pick up a new sport and the kids that play basketball for years( im 17 btw)

Really, I don't want to make light of your words, but, in all frankness, I laughed out loud when reading you thought 17 was too late to start a new sport! That's precious! Even professional athletes have started _after_ college! Have at it; could be great for your reboot!
