Music and songs have incredible power and energy, so mind what you listen to. They can make you feel depressed or super motivated. Try to get rid of the ones that make you feel sad.

Yes, doing things that may be uncomfortable for us now can be good later. Eating healthy sucks at the beginning but eventually doesn't anymore, working out is very demanding of our bodies, but we eventually get used to it. Getting sun and loving yourself are more simple, though aren't exactly easy. I wish you the best Revenant. :)

Thanks a lot for your beautiful comment. Yes, but staying consistent is the hard part. I can say for myself that on this journey, I feel the path is kind of lonely at least for awhile but working out is the only thing that makes me feel good the most, of course, on Nofap. When things aren't the best, I know that it can be worse if I relapse, so I keep going. We will get used to things even if they seem hard.
