    I am in my late 50's and have been married nearly 33 years. I have struggled off and on for years. Periodic success (sometimes for weeks) followed by fallback into old habits. Logic, strong morals, and strong religious beliefs have helped.
    My work takes me on 3-4 night business trips away from home, which adds to the challenge. But my plan is to turn this part of the challenge into an asset.
