    Hungry Angry Lonely Tired If you feel the urge, HALT. Assess where you are in the HALT acronym. If you work on fixing that portion where you are experiencing a deficit your chances or relapsing will diminish. If you are hungry, eat something and you'll quickly realize how fast he urge will fade.
