  • Starting 14 +days no MO. Did 90 days hard reset, and then some. Still no PMO-reallly happy & proud of that- but feel myself slipping.
90 plus and I don't know what write. Amazed. Bit anxious about what's next.

Thanks very much I reckon I'll keep going. Not in utopia but better than the alternative.
Day 65. Feel like the whole path of my life could change. But there will be collateral damage.

Ride it out....that's a good way to look at it...won't last forever.
Day 59. There is something missing! Need a pick me up/escape plan. Just have to deal with boredom for a short while, i guess!

Oh man, why jump to a heroin reference friend? I know where that road leads...how about some endorphins from a nice run or long bike ride?

Kenji-you'll be glad to know the closest I've got, ironically, has been the morphine I got prescribed years ago after a bike ride went horribly wrong!

Not craving escape so much today thankfully.
Day 53...this probably will be up there in the top 5 most difficult things I've ever done. But I've no choice!

Keep holding on and try to find as many ways as possible to express yourself and your emotions. Do some sport, try art, spend time with people you love.
Most importantly, do NOT be harsh to yourself, I remember when I was at that stage I used to think about all the time that is left for me to feel better.
Progress is one step at a time.

Elduderino....thanks. I know what you mean regarding getting used to the feelings of anxiety, stress, embarrassment. ...and facing the fears.

what i found out after a year that it is useless to be harsh on yourself or feel half as good as you are because thats bullshit.I recommend a spreadsheet. Not everyone can get to 90days while building their lifes up because that is incredibly harder. If you PMO 10times a month i would try to cut it to once a week so you would be PMO'ing much less. Also i recommend building up your testosterone.
