Trying 16/8 fasting (drinking water is allowed) and it feels good. I'm a skinny guy and I don't know is fasting good for me or not?

  im skinny and well randomly ,not intentional, go on smoothie fasts, or after dinner not eat even if i feel hungry.GUess it gives our body a rest so it doesnt have to detoxify the food digest the food this takes energy
