hmm...I have the same issue. Reading a book and avoiding blue light help me I guess. But there's something I haven't tried yet. Exercising! I'm gonna start exercising, and I think it helps a lot! besides that, you better focus on doing something productive to use that energy.

Interesting! It makes sense in the way that the only few nights I slept well I was exhausted. I am exercising every day (football or fitness), but maybe that isn't enough. I will try to be busy whole evening and go to bed a bit later and see how that works out

It feels like when one cell of my body is still active I can't sleep. My lifestyle is extremely healthy (meditation, sport, good food). How are you? Do you find a solution?
