Actually there is no way to define it. I was doing the same thing last
few years. I knew pmo is bad. But couldn’t give up. Reluctant and lazy I was. Only what I can say, those things are addiction like any other. Smoking, drug u name it.

Well that’s a good strategy there when you forget about you are doing nofap you are no longer thinking much about relapses and anxiety is less. Just enjoy life and things will keep improving!!
