Not sure how much I'll be on here anymore. I might check in from time to time. Stay strong and achieve your goals.

I figure I'm so close to 7 days I might as well stay the course.

Congrats on 5 days, but (and i dont mean to sound patronizing) unless you are only testing willpower, 5 days wont do much to physically or mentally reboot. So, i say keep going man.

My goal achieved, now the decision to go for 6 or not. Maybe my 8 mile bike ride and house cleaning today will help make it 6.

Okay so my math doesn't match the counter, but all is well. Embrace your small achievements.

Only doing a 5 day challenge, so this is day 4. I'll take it day by day.
