Just a quick check-in. You doing OK ?
One day at a time is how we all succeed.
Yes, thanks for checking in. Working with my long habit of withdrawal (deeper even than pmo) by staying with recovery is just proving very provocative. Lots of ups and downs.
Way to recommit. For many of us, that's a necessary thing and a great sign. I'll bet your happiness with life grows :)
Thanks and an interesting question: How do I feel right now, a little more connected? Answer: Less panicked and crazy. This seems worth remembering!
You can do it again. Another month clean on top of this past one. Staying vigilant like you are is a good thing :)
20 days, those are some good numbers buddy
Thanks for this acknowledgement, @LostCloud. It's been an interesting process basing my 'streak' on my willingness and ability to keep recovery close. It is definitely challenging - and revealing - some long, long, longhand patterns.
I think you're doing a great job lately. Lots of thinking and plenty of results!
Thanks for this - it's helpful. My recent shift in emphasis is challenging for my addictive perfectionism. This is a much messier approach to recovery, but also a much more life-affirming one for me.
I note you leaving messages in the RRR forum frequently. It's good to see your stuff there. I hope it helps you as much as it's helped me.
Thanks for the acknowledgement and encouragement. Yes, it is very helpful on at least tow levels: (1) The RRR area is typically less triggering than elsewhere on this site and (2) I get to constantly remind myself of things I need to be constantly reminded of! Be well...
Yeah, that second one is why I hang out there, too. Drat! You've discovered my secret! ... Hope to see you around there!

Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone." - Fleetwood Mac

You surely are doing things right :) Keep up the good work :D
Stay strong, stay positive!! :)
you don't have to journal every day, but it will help you a lot as you participate. Glad you are here :)
