    In all seriousness, going cold turkey for Thanksgiving is a great idea. Spend time with family and friends. Focus on gratitude.

    Well my goal is definitely to go beyond thanksgiving. Idealy past the next months, so 90 days would be epic. My longest I would have ever gone, 30 days I had done once or tvice already albeit never on purpose. It was just when I traveled I really didn't feel in the mood for it since I had to adjust to my new situation and surroundings.
